When anyone is kind enough to refer a potential client to me, I take that very seriously.
You see, when someone gives my name out to a family member, a friend, neighbour, co-worker or acquaintance, they are putting their neck on the line. The last thing they want is to be embarrassed if my team doesn’t do a great job for them. So, like I say above, I take every referral very seriously.
With that said, within 2 days of receiving the referral, I met with Mona, her son and her son’s father-in-law and presented a comprehensive, up-to-date home evaluation and showed them how the Brian Kondo Home Selling System works.
Mona called me the next day to say she wanted to hire me to list her home for sale. I ended up selling her home over the asking price in just 8 days!
Once the home closed, I received a beautiful testimonial from my client, but also received an email from her daughter (see below), stating how happy her mother was with my team and how she felt my team and I had her mother’s best interests at heart.
As we become older, the stress from selling your home can make it a very difficult time.
